Private Doula Booking
I am able to support you with the birth of your baby in my capacity as a doula (professional birth partner). This is for couples who live in South East London (or other regions with prior discussion).
I can support home births or birth planned for a birth centre/labour ward and work with your caregivers to ensure that you stay as relaxed and as calm as possible so that your body can do what it was born to do.
My doula package includes:
Being on call 24/7 birthing your ‘birth month’, usually from 38 weeks onwards
3 Pre-natal visits to discuss your birthing wishes and outcomes
Attendance during your labour and for the birth*
Supporting you once the baby has arrived to ensure you are settled and resting
1 Post-natal visit to check in and support you
*Subject to policies of the birth centre/hospital
I can also advise on breastfeeding, wellbeing and coach you and your birth partner should there be anything creating or causing anxiety.
This service is for couples who are planning a birth around the principles of HypnoBirthing, preferably those who have also attended my group HypnoBirthing classes or have had 1:1 hypnobirthing education.
